- Mason mentioned having the quick books done, that Rob Daughdril was working on, so that Emergency Responders could have access when going on a incident
- Discuss whether to have a December meeting:
- The third Tuesday falls on December 21, 2021, and that is the week of Christmas.
- Motion made by Charlie to cancel December meeting and resume January for the New Year 2022.

- Commonwealth LNG:
- Met with Pakistani government representatives in Houston in October. An investment package was taken to Pakistan for government signatures. No word currently regarding status.
- General opinion is commonwealth will be getting construction first Quarter 2022.
- Chevron, Orange Texas:
- No update: infrastructure continues.
- Cabot Industries:
- Has awarded $70 million emission reduction package to Cajun Contractor.
- Shell and Technip:
- Have formed a JV for a carbon capture technology project for CO2 storage on the gray ranch.
- Exxon Mobile:
- Is going to build a plastic recycle plant in Baytown Texas.
- Mathematics and Geismar Louisiana:
- Has awarded a $1.3 Billion project to Brown & Root Industrial

- Only have 15 Facilities that I am waiting on payments for. Payments come from their corporate offices, so they take longer.
- 9 Facilities that still haven’t filed their 2020 report on the State website. Sent an email to the State to see if maybe these facilities are now closed, waiting on a response.
