- Received requested zoning changes for 2500 acre solar power

- Committed 10,000 acres to carbon dioxide storage facility

- Met with Pakistan to secure investment and contract. That contract coupled with existing contract with Baglandesh would allow construction to start.

- I-10 Bridge Fire, The first call LSP got was that it was a tank truck, they were in the process of being enroute but did not
- WLFD, Phillips 66, LCFD, responded to the call
- Non regulated load
- Westlake Chemical Fire,
- Notified an hour in half after the incident occurred.
- Actually found it on social media
- CFD, Acadian responded
- The next day there was some issues of patients that had been transported
- It was the Petro 2 unite, was the first shift turnaround, welding contractor
- Secured very fast
- Still under investigation at this time
- Other contractors at a later were complaining of ringing in ears but were not transported
- Motion made by Gerald Pullin,
- That we have Westlake Chemical come do a presentation on the incident
- Calcasieu Refining incident
- Also, have them come and give an incident review of the fatality
- Tower that had shifted during the hurricane, release of crude oil and the employee was engulfed in flames and fell from the scaffold
