  • Treasury Report: $142,019.74
  • New Business:
  • Treasury Report: $142,248.98
  • CAER: Dick Gremillion;
  • Getting the bids for the CAER sirens to be replaced
  • New Projects: Gerald Pullin,
  • Natural gas prices in Europe and Asia are climbing. Highest cost for natural gas since 2018. Europe is concerned it will not have enough gas available for a cold winter.  This is very favorable for pending LNG projects.
  • Commwealth LNG signed with technique as the general contractor. They are anticipating beginning dirt work fourth quarter 2021.
  • Driftwood LNG has Bechtel as the general contractor and anticipate making final investment decision fourth quarter 2021.
  • Camfor has purchased the Georgia Gulf Lumber mill near DeQuincy. They have contractors on site upgrading and expanding capacity. Anticipate start up first quarter 2022.
  • Intrafor has BID Atlanta as the general contractor for their Greenfield $160 million project near the river.
  • Chevron in Orange Texas it’s close to making public announcement on the $8 billion Etheline plant.

  • Flange was cracked
  • Took three days for it to be fixed
  • Water and gasoline was released, nothing too hazardous
  • 8 homes were evacuated from that area
